구현법

첫 번째 문자가 알파벳인 경우를 생각
- 소문자면 대문자로.
이후 while을 돈다.
- 모든 문자를 소문자로
- 만약 str[i]가 문자고, str[i-1]이 공백이면 대문자로.
- 출력
